How to make Tamarind sauce (Imlli Ki Chutney)

Tamarind sauce Imlli Ki Chutney





Ingredients:



• 1/4 cup Tamarind

• 2 cups Dates

• 1 tsp Chilli powder

• 1 cup Jaggery

• Salt to taste

• 4 cups Water




How to make Imli Ki Chutney:



• Wash the tamarind and dates.

• Put them in a pan and add jaggery, chilli powder and salt.

• Pour 4 cups of water and boil for about 20 minutes.

• Allow it to cool. Sieve the mixture.

• Imli ki Chutney is ready. Keep it in refrigerator.
