iPod Touch should not count.
The IRS would be very unhappy with me and my accountant if my business didn't report the portion of my iOS app sales that went to iPod Touch users (a significant portion, according to some analytics I ran last year). I don't sell anywhere near as many apps to Android users. Too bad.

I went cartoony this month. I'm cycling through about 10 off David Lanham's (http://dlanham.com/art/threadtroll/) site.

I'm not trying to be picky, but I thought you might be interested to know that the death penalty was suspended in 1965, abolished for murder in 1969 and abolished totally in 1998. However, the last execution was in 1964.
Not sure where you got that from, I think you may be projecting? Did you know every Parliament from 1965 to 1997 had a free vote on capital punishment and always voted against it? If there was a public referendum I think it would be pretty close. However, the UK can't reintroduce the death penalty without withdrawing from the EU and the Human Rights Convention, so no Government would risk a vote on something that isn't a massive public issue.

Despite the birth rate in the UK being around 2 (1.96 if I remember correctly) there are, sadly, plenty of children/babies in need of a good home. Recently, the law was changed to ensure homosexuals would be able to adopted children if they want. Lesbian couples could also ask for a donor, and gay couples for a surrogate.
We need to move beyond the idea that marriage is about a man and a women reproducing. Firstly, it isn't about that. Secondly, there is no reason same-sex couples can't raise just as many children as heterosexual couples.

i'll most likely get one as much as i would want to wait for the iphone 5... but that way i get vzn's unlimited data if they remove it in the summer...hopefully be grandfathered too after the contract for another 2 years etc.

10 months later I really think people should wait a couple of months and buy the iPhone 5 in white... Maybe the improvements aren't big but it still is a new gen...
On the other hand, if you need a new phone and buy now (vs. waiting until Sept.) it gives you a 4-5 month head-start on getting your 2-year contract finished.
That's 4-5 months sooner you can get an iPhone 6, hopefully with real improvements (LTE, NFC, a durable form factor), instead of being stuck with a marginal speed bump and nothing more.
On the other hand, if you need a new phone and buy now (vs. waiting until Sept.) it gives you a 4-5 month head-start on getting your 2-year contract finished.
