Ingredients
½ kg Minced Meat(mutton)
2 tbsps. Papaya(paste)
2 tsps. Garlic(paste)
1 tsp. Ginger(paste)
2 tbsps. Onion(paste, fried)
2 tsps. Red Chili Powder
1 tsp. All spice powder
Salt to taste
1 no. Egg
½ tsp. Cardamom(powder)
¼ tsp. Mace(powder)
¼ tsp. Nutmeg(powder)
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
For Bar B.Q effect:
2 pieces of Charcoal 2 Cloves
Directions
1. Place the minced mutton in a bowl and mix well all the ingredients in it.
2. To create barbecue effect, keep the pieces of charcoal on gas flame till it becomes embers.
3. Place a small bowl or onion peels on top of mince mixture, place the embers on it.
4. Drop cloves over embers followed by a tsp. of oil on it. Cover the mince mixture bowl immediately. Do not allow smoke to escape.
5. After about 5 minutes remove the bowl of embers.
6. Make small size balls of mince mixture.
7. Brush the baking dish with oil. Place the mince balls in it and bake in a pre-heated oven on 220 C for 20 to 25 minutes.
8. Alternatively, heat 1 tbsp oil in a sauce pan and add mince mixture to it. Cover and cook on low flame till become completely dry.
