I understand that is not a reliable source of tracking approval pattern, however, this is the only tracker we have available and this gives us fairly good idea about USCIS processing.
Based on , there are about 1200 Approvals for EB-2 (Including ROW, India and China) since Oct01 2007.
However, there are only 450 approvals for EB-3 (Including ROW, India and China) sine Oct01'2007.
So howcome they ran out of EB3 numbers when there are very few approvals for this year. I was hoping they will run out of EB2 numbers instead.
Any insight on this?

I am not sure about how many cheques and the amounts on it since everything is done by my company attorney. However, last week we had a chineese guy here in this forum who got this 485 back and one of his cheque was encashed. Also the reason for the return is the non-availability of VISA numbers. He will send it back again, but my point is the clearance of single cheque is not the indication of acceptance of you app.
They've already said to give them until Aug 1st for June filers. Then they will focus on July filers. Simple as that. If your checks aren't cashed by Aug 1/2 for a June filer, then perhaps you have reason to call. If your checks are cashed, then YOU'RE IN, no need to call. Whatever you need is in the mail. If you don't get it by frst week of august, then call.

Thats true..everybody are bothered about EAD and FP. I am here for more than 8 years in this country. IV should emphasise this and USICS should allow affected candidates like us to file I-485 and atleast get EAD. we have priority date earlier compared to others.

I understand the informational part of your post, but i don't understand the bad news part of it. How does getting a 2yr EAD change your I-485 processing? It will get processed whenever it supposed to be processed next.
There are ppl like me - EAD is pending for over 3.5 months and there's no decision. Be content with the fact that yours was approved in time and it's icing on cake that it's 2 yrs validity. the way i see it, it's all good news. Point me to the bad news please.

After this it will have another round of hearing on June 23rd . Which is Full Commitee. Which will makr up bill and if passes there it will send to clerk for scheduling to debate on house floor.

I received an RFE. But it was on accreditation of my MBA school. There was no RFE on bachelors degree. My lawyer replied to the RFE on accreditation. In response, there was straight denial without even notice of Intent to deny citing 3 year bachlor degree.
Yes, we submitted education evaluation along with I-140. The evaluation was done by Trustforte. When we received the RFE on accredidation, we sent second evaluation from Trustforte but this time a detailed course by course evaluation of MBA.
In the evaluation that was done, the evaluator equated my Indian MBA with US MBA and there was no mention about bachelors.
Please advice if I need to do something different this time.

We have been living in a county which has implemented 287g for some time. And I believe all legal residents in my county feel safer because of its implementation. Sure, there is a chance that 287g can be misused by the police. But tell me one law which can not be misused by police.

I went thru the proposal in Arizona and could not find even one point which might be bad for us. Did any of you find something? We have been living in a county which has implemented 287g for some time. And I believe all legal residents in my county feel safer because of its implementation. Sure, there is a chance that 287g can be misused by the police. But tell me one law which can not be misused by police.

I went thru the proposal in Arizona and could not find even one point which might be bad for us. Did any of you find something? Don't have to apologize for the illegal remark. It is a matter of perspective anyways. Maybe the people "Illegal" in the true sense are the ones acting as gatekeepers now. My handle is a tip of the hat to Chiwere Indians -

I think, it is a combination of three things.
1. Laziness
2. No Accountability
2. Bad intentions ...as you mentioned
In my job, I am a software trainer. I teach hundreds of people. I will be accountable (and asked questions) if I delay my work even by one day. There are tight deadlines for everything. (Yes, 5 minute job of renewing EAD will not be 90 days ...it will be 5 minutes only) Even if one customer just soft complains about anything, I will be held accountable and my job will be in jeopardy. There is no such thing in USCIS.
BTW: I hate when they say 90 days and then exclude the RFE time and the mail accepting time.(They count from the date of receipt and not the date of receiving the mail). On the top of it, the receipt date can be any time they want and not the date of receiving the date. It can become 120 days and when they say "days", it is like one of those commercials which says, " for only 1$ a day ...." instead of saying $365 which they charge for the whole year . subscription.
Same way instead of saying 3 to 5 months , they say 90 days (so that it does not seem long). they should say , "EAD RENEWAL ONLY TAKES 129600 MINUTES". ..and then in the small print, light gray color at a hidden spot in the bottom, in tons of lines of text, say, "does not include RFE, holidays, Mail transit time, and time before we accept it"
Can anybody please send me the address of USCIS director ? I want to write a letter to him with a copy to his boss too. Anybody can help me know who his boss is and his address too ?
You will be barking up the wrong tree or up the same tree a lot of us have already barked up to, by writing to rthe Director of USCIS and his boss.
Alejandro Mayorkas is the Director od USCIS and I believe his boss would be none other than Ms. Janet Napolitano..
Poke around IV, there has to contact information for both of these individuals.
Laziness and Un-accountability are hallmarks of any government organization in any country, so we can discount that. I strongly incline in the direction of "Bad Intentions".
Afterall these are all clerk level employees who have, what amounts to the future of thousands of people, in their hands. Whenever USICS efficiency/operating procedures are discussed here, I am reminded of what a clerk in my engineering school in India once told me. Mind you, this was NOT a government office where dealinggs of millions of rupees are made. This was a SCHOOL.
Following is the brief dialoge between the clerk and I:
Clerk: "Bhai, clerk se hamesha dar ke rehna."
Me" "Kyon?"
Clerk:" KUTTA mein ek (one) "K" ( the hindi letter Ka), hota hai aur clerk mei 2, is liya dhyan rakha"
That dude was so correct.
