You have managed to dodge this question for a long time now. You have gone over all my other threads and what I have and have not done in those threads except provide me with an anwer to the above question. When will you learn to provide an explanation backing up your opinion and comment? How old do you have to be, to be able to substantiate your argument with valid reasons?

It is good to get reliable first hand information from travelers instead of relying upon reports from consulates, airline websites etc which all contradict one another. Just out of curiosity, did anybody in India or Frankfurt ask to see the Advance Parole papers before allowing you to board the flight?

As you see most of them are free members who have nothing to do with the immigration reform. They just keep browsing around the pages to see if there is any hope of getting GC any sooner and others are disguised Antis and marketing guys.
So just don't get bothered by these members and their comments.
The guys who are serious , have already proved themselves by becoming the donors and working sincerely towards the solution.

This is not the case for me....but during a discussion with my attorney and other friends contacts they said if you do not attach the medicals now you may get RFE at a later stage...which you can resolve it.
I bet any RFE can be articulated with reason by attorney if they are smart enough.
This is something I heard...but do not hold me on that. Please check with your attorney too and make a decesion.
Medical is one of the initial evidence so it should not be skipped otherwise it may be rejected.

I suggest you wait and see if you can reconcile your differences......Marriage is a life long commitment. Remember we fall in love and we work on our marriages. Try reading the book called "5 Love Languages" by Gary Chapman....It is an excellent book for couples who are on the verge of breaking or even for couples who want to enhance their married life.
Sorry I do not have any advice for you, except that you try to get back together....which will help you avoid refiling 485 or refiling Labor......The choice is yours!!!

there are only 1M (may be little less) skilled workers looking for immigration and you have problem with that because all of them are not THE BRIGHTEST one, okay... well first understand, for THE BRIGHTEST we have EB1 which is working great. Now in America there is a lot of work which needs experienced and highly skilled worker and we have EB2 for that, apart from that we still have a lot of work which requires hitech skilled worker and for that we have Eb3. So by the definition system has already identified the need and have representation for those.
And secondly you have problem with those who came legally and are highly skilled and have followed all the rules since day 1, counts less that 1 million, you are not willing to give them GC on other hand there are 12M (actually 20 M) who can't even write their names in English and everybody is ready to give them GC even the president of US is ready.
Doesn't that give signal that US is pro illegal and anti-legal immigration.... think about it

Do you happen to know who used your labor certification? If you have a copy of the LC and I-140, inform the DOL /USCIS that someone has used your LC and I-140 without your knowledge. I'd like to believe that USCIS will take note of this and will deny the application of the person who used your LC and I-140. Your employer will be in deep trouble because of what he has done. USCIS may investigate the case. It will be wise not to mention that you paid anything. The fact that you were hired under H1 status and is still working with him shows that the LC and the I-140 rightly belongs to you.
